Turn your natural hair colour into 'premium brunette'
Brown hair has enjoyed a renaissance with the trend for vintage styling, and now the fashion world is being bowled over by a new wave of 'premium brunette' natural hair colour.
Stylist reported that brunettes are becoming glossier, more striking and creative with the development of new natural hair dye, and the ever-growing range of quality hair care products.
Sibi Bolan, senior hair colourist at Sibi Bolan, said: "Expensive-looking hair is usually the preserve of blondes, but thanks to amazing new colours and techniques, we're now able to be as creative and inspired with brunettes as we've been with fairer hair."
Ms Bolan added that more and more women are choosing to "embrace their dark side" this autumn by stepping away from the lighter shades. Even those who can't put down the bleach bottle are plumping for richer honey and caramel colours.
Earlier this month, Marie Clare advised natural hair care fans to consider a version of the classic bob for their next 'do.
