'Undone textures' will be among natural hair care trends
Natural hair care trends for spring and summer will see women going for a groomed and glamorous look but with an undone texture, according to an expert.
Lucie Seffens, senior public relations coordinator at Toni&Guy, said that women will aim for natural look with their hair by making it look more "lived in".
"Shapes are not so structured, we are losing the graphicness and layers are looking a bit more grown out. Shorter hair is soft on the face and very feminine," she said.
Ms Seffens added that pearlescent blondes, soft copper reds and brunettes will all be among the natural hair care trends in 2010.
These colours will be "nice and seamless", looking as natural and organic as possible, moving away from the bold looks that have emerged this winter, she said.
Cos Sakkas, international artistic director at the salon, recently said that vintage waves are a great look for the party season.
