Use natural conditioner on straightened hair
An expert on hair care has recently told us ladies that straightened hair will always be hot, but must be looked after, such as with products like natural conditioner.
Celebrity hairdresser Mark Hill said: “Everyone loves straight hair. I think it is because straight hair always looks shiny, smooth and feels great.”
However, he said that you don’t have to go for the poker straight look and can instead go for a bit of soft movement and volume to give it bounce and vitality.
The hair expert said that we can keep straight tresses in tip-top condition by using a conditioner and also a heat styling spray if hair is made straight with a heated appliance.
According to Hill, using a protection spray will mean that moisture will be kept in the hair and cuticles will be closed, so will be less at risk from damage.
He also said that when we pick up the straighteners we should make sure that there are not pressed down too hard on our hair, but should be gently glided through it instead.
Ladies may also want to go straight after hearing that Ashley Greene, Cameron Diaz and Blake Lively have all been pictured with this ‘do on the red carpet, Look magazine reported.
