Adrianne Curry backs natural beauty
A former winner of America's Next Top Model has spoken about her love of natural beauty and called for women to avoid following the unnatural examples which appear on the pages of beauty magazines.
Adrianne Curry gave her top ten beauty tips on her website, where she stated that women need to moisturise daily but make sure they do not wash their hair every day as natural oils can be lost.
She said: "Love yourself and how you look. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. These women (including myself) in magazines are unnatural. Not everyone is made to be skinny or tall. We are all beautiful, remember that."
Using sunscreen was another tip from the model, who recently appeared on the cover of Playboy.
She insisted that getting a tan by spending hours in the sun is not worth the damage it can do to your skin.
Avoiding skin damage was recently recommended by popstar Duncan James, who told the Sun that he uses fake tan rather than exposing himself to UV rays.
