Bee stung lips can look ridiculous
Fans of natural skin care should be happy with their God-given pouts, according to one newspaper, which stated that some celebrities look bad because of alleged lip treatments to enhance their size.
The Daily Mail said that Cheryl Cole has joined the long list of celebrities which have 'pumped up their lips like lilos' rather than embracing their natural beauty.
"It looked suspiciously as if she was wearing her newest accessory on her face. Fat, fleshy and lavishly glossed, her puffy lips made the X Factor judge look as if she'd suffered an allergic reaction," it stated.
The newspaper added that Ms Cole denied her pout had been enlarged by a cosmetic filler, but pointed at cases like that of Leslie Ash, who it said was ridiculed after her lip enhancement when wrong.
Researchers at Unilever found that women with big smackers have a more youthful appearance than those with thin lips, reinforcing the images of beauty associated with Marilyn Monroe and Scarlett Johansson.
