Christmas described as good time to try new makeup
Ladies may want to put their usual natural cosmetics to one side and invest in some new beauty products after one expert recommended Christmas as a good time for a change.
In an interview with the Huffington Post Canada, makeup artist Sarah Cogliati claimed a small adjustment to a beauty routine can "rejuvenate us and make us feel great".
She suggested women pick up a few new products while doing their Christmas shopping, such as a "great lipstick" or eyeshadow palette in a different shade.
Alternatively, Ms Cogliati noted false eyelashes are a good way to achieve "more pop in your Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve look".
For those who have never worn them before, the makeup artist explained there are numerous options, including individual hairs for a more natural appearance.
Cosmetic expert Napoleon Perdis recently suggested false eyelashes are a great way to make an entrance at an office party.
