Expert recommends round mascara brushes
Ladies looking to purchase natural mascara products may be interested in one expert's tips on the best types to buy.
In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, makeup artist Suzanne Krammer described how round brushes provide the easiest application for a flawless finish.
She explained how "even the smallest most hidden eyelashes in the corner of the eye can be reached" by using this style of mascara.
Meanwhile, fellow makeup artist Eric Schmidt-Mohan reminded ladies that it is important to replace eye products regularly as they can easily dry out once they are opened.
This can then lead to women experiencing difficulty applying their mascara without developing a clumpy and uneven effect.
Ms Krammer suggested opting for bendable brushes for those ladies who like to reapply their mascara regularly throughout the day, as the bristles will often be further apart.
Ruth Styles of the Ecologist recently spoke of the health benefits of natural mascara as traditional products contain chemicals such as coal tar.
