Foundation tips for a natural complexion
Ladies looking for tips on how to apply their organic foundation so it appears as natural as possible may want to take note of one expert's advice.
Allure's associate editor Sophia Panych explained how it is important to always apply face makeup in daylight, as this will help women see if their foundation complements their skin tone.
"Remember, your complexion changes throughout the year, so a foundation you used in September may not necessarily work in January if you get paler during the winter," she stated.
For those planning to invest in a new product, Ms Panych recommended testing the shade on the neck as skin colour is "more uniform" in this area.
When it comes to using face powder, individuals were advised to only apply products sparingly as otherwise makeup can appear "cakey".
Ms Panych recently suggested combining moisturiser and liquid foundation for a sheer finish that keeps skin feeling hydrated.
