Invest in good-quality makeup brushes, ladies advised
Ladies have been advised that they are more likely to get a natural look from their organic makeup if they invest in "decent" brushes.
Sali Hughes described in an article for the Guardian how it pays to spend money on high-end beauty utensils.
She claimed that women will notice their products are easier to apply and have a better finish if good-quality equipment is used.
"Be prepared to invest - cheap brushes are rarely properly weighted, giving you less control - and the bristles are often flat-edged rather than domed, making blending impossible," Ms Hughes commented.
It was suggested that brushes should be cleaned every four to six weeks in order for them to remain hygienic.
Ms Hughes recommended using mild shampoo and then reshaping the utensils before leaving them to dry flat.
Designer Tom Ford recently launched his new line of 12 makeup brushes that incorporate natural bristles rather than synthetic materials, according to the Moodie report.
