Ladies urged to keep bridal makeup natural
Brides looking for tips on how to use their organic cosmetics to achieve wedding day beauty may one to consider one writer's advice.
In an article for the Daily Venus Diva, Rosie Mercado recommended using foundation and concealer to achieve a flawless base that hides blemishes and uneven skin tones.
For a healthy glow, women were encouraged to apply bronzer to the forehead, cheeks, chin and nose, as this is where the sun would naturally colour the face.
To make eyes pop, Ms Mercado explained curling and coating lashes with mascara can help give a wide-eyed appearance.
Meanwhile, beige, gold and champagne eyeshadow tones were recommended, along with lining the eye with soft pencil in either brown or black.
Lips should be lined with a nude shade and filled with a gloss or lipstick in a matching colour, Ms Mercado concluded.
Zara Stone Rabinowicz, freelance beauty editor of Kiss and Makeup TV, recently claimed it is "very easy" to achieve flawless-looking skin by using a dewy foundation, rather than a matte effect.
