Less is more with some makeup
Fans of natural makeup need to make sure that they do not apply too many products onto their skin, according to an expert, who believes that they can clog up pores.
TransWorldNews.com reported that some women try to cover up blemishes by overloading makeup onto their face, but it believes this can actually make them look worse rather than better.
"In an attempt to hide fine lines and blemishes, women might think the solution is to apply thick layers of makeup. But really, less is more - too much makeup can settle into lines and wrinkles, accentuating them instead of hiding them," it stated.
The website added that some experts recommend applying moisturiser before foundation in order to get the best result.
Hair stylist Frederic Fekkai recently told the Associated Press that women should go through a detailed routine if they are to get the most out of their hairdo and retain it throughout the day.
