Make smokey eyes look perfect with natural eye liner
Smokey eyes created with natural eye liner are a signature look that has been seen on the likes of Elizabeth Taylor, Beyonce and Natalie Portman.
But just how do we recreate the signature style at home ourselves without making a mess of it?
Luckily, some top beauty gurus have offered their advice on creating the style to Yahoo.com, with celebrity makeup artist Bobbi Brown saying that we ladies don’t have to go for the traditional black version.
“Very often shades of browns, bronze and chocolate are more than enough to create a smoky finish but still make the eyes stand out,” she said.
The beauty guru also said that the brown smokey eye can work much better in practice than the black version and also looks perfect when we ladies are sunkissed.
Meanwhile, Jemma Kiddd said that when you’re ready to create the look you should begin on the upper lash line’s outer corner and use the eye liner pencil in between the roots of eyelashes.
Recently, Kim Kardashian also married her fiancee, Kris Humphries, wearing black eyeliner and lashings of mascara to show off her eyes.
