Natural beauty: Black and coloured mascara help create 'great look'
Fans of natural skin care who want to achieve a stunning look should combine black and coloured mascara, according to one expert who helps millions of women achieve flawless makeup on You Tube.
Internet sensation Lauren Luke told the Times about her top tips for women wanting to create a great look and suggested that ladies apply black mascara and then finish off their lashes with a colour wand.
The internet sensation from South Shields in the north-east rose to prominence by giving her makeup advice on You Tube and since then has gone on to reach millions of fans.
"I see it as empowering people," she explained.
Ms Luke added that she had not given people makeovers because she wanted to help people to make the changes themselves.
In other news, beauty expert David Hughes recently said that women are not cutting the amount of natural beauty products they are buying during the economic downturn because they want to look good in order to feel better.
