Natural beauty: Mascara can 'brighten up peepers'
People looking for natural mascara will be investing in a product that can brighten up a woman's appearance and is a top beauty tip of one fashion designer.
Rachel Roy gave her beauty ideas to Hamptons.com and they included creating eye makeup which leaves eyes looking slightly messy and sexy.
"I feel a great mascara can open the eye and instantly make you look as though you've have a good night's sleep, even when that is not the case [...] because of my Indian ancestry, I love darkly rimmed eyes," she stated.
The expert added that she also uses bright lipstick when she wants to make an outfit 'pop' and is inspired by style icons like the actress Ava Gardner.
US singing sensation Jordin Sparks recently recommended using two layers of mascara when she revealed some of her natural mascara tips, because it creates a more powerful look.
