Natural lip colour comes in the form of crayons
Natural lip colour has been given an overhaul this spring, with crayons that promise the perfect pout being the latest natural makeup product to create a splash.
Stylist reported that there are a range of items that have just started hitting the shelves, with more and more brands opting to put their lip stains in crayon-pencil form, making them simple to use and long-lasting.
The writer commented: "There's a uniquely satisfying pleasure to be had from the childlike act of colouring in ... The real cachet is the ease of application, with a nib slimmer than a lipstick, yet wider than a gloss wand, it's pretty impossible to stray out of the lines."
Natural lipstick trends this season have seen a return to the statement pout, with striking neons, dazzling scarlets and fruity citrus hues topping the style charts.
Wear with barely-there makeup to emphasise the lips, or go all-out with colour blocking and slick some vivid natural eye shadow on your peepers.
