Natural makeup can help disguise party nights
People who use natural makeup can disguise the previous night's partying antics, according to one newspaper, which said that a few tricks can help skin appear fresh, even after a night on the tiles.
The Daily Mail advised readers to take a few painkillers after a big night and then turn to their natural makeup bags in order to cover up any tell-tale signs.
Makeup expert Terry Barber told the newspaper: "For extra zing, use a dark mascara at the roots of your eyelashes. The contrast between the mascara and the whites of your eyes will make your eyes look brighter."
The newspaper said that adding too much moisturiser after a big night out can make skin appear greasy rather than refreshed.
Clothes Show Live recently claimed that women take longer getting ready for their Christmas do and putting on natural makeup than they do for any other special event during the year.
