Natural makeup fans 'always have an alternative to greige'
This season, natural makeup is embracing "greige" – a palette of grey, beige and brown. However, don't fret if you're not a fan, as there are always on-trend alternatives.
From natural eye shadow to lipstick to nails, organic cosmetics fans who need a bit more colour in their life should think about plumping for cool plum or blue hues.
Katherine Reeves, sales manager for nubar, said: "It's not so much the reds [which] are coming forward in autumn/winter; we have got a lot of the deeper purples and again some of the deeper blues."
Those of you who are a bit braver could also experiment with some Katy Perry-esque nail transfers to complement your styling, Ms Reeves added.
Earlier this month, Oonagh Brennan, fashion director at Company, predicted that next spring's natural makeup trends would see a return to fun and playful colour, after the sophistication of this season's styles.
