Natural makeup fans should 'detox their cosmetic bag'
We've all been there – opening our bag and suitcase to find that our heaving cosmetics purse has split at the seam from the sheer abundance of products and there's a mix of beige and silver powders strewn through our belongings.
However, it doesn't have to be that way, natural makeup fans, as Stylist has said that clever purchasing and thorough organisation will help to make sure that you're not carting round unnecessary items.
Neil Young, senior makeup artist for Mac, said that women who carry round bags of products often have not been given the right advice when they've bought their natural cosmetics, meaning they're lumped with an array of things that they don't use.
Makeup expert Bobbi Brown added: "I really believe in organisation – cleaning out your makeup bag for the new year is a great way to start. Dump everything ... that's two years old or more."
Earlier this week, becomegorgeous.com reported that natural makeup shouldn't just be chosen because it's on trend, but also due to its quality.
