Natural makeup tips offered by ethical designer
As the founder of ethical fashion label From Somewhere, Orsola de Castro should know a thing or two about natural makeup – and she has now shared her top tips for feeling fabulous.
Writing for the Observer, the sustainable fashion advocate said there are just a couple of key items required for ladies to feel fabulous.
"I love to wear red or orange lipstick and very little else in the way of make-up – keep it simple," she explained.
Ms de Castro also advised women not to follow the trends when it comes to fashion, but rather chart their own course.
She named her style inspiration as "80-year-old Greek-Cypriot woman", saying she is "pure Prada, although her clothes aren't expensive".
Luckily, there is a big selection of bright lip shades around this season for people hoping to channel her look.
Sarah Jagger, makeup artist at beautyexpert.tv, explained creating the colour popping look is all about "experimenting", recommending ladies opt for either bright eyes or lips.
