Natural makeup trend alert: Pastel colours for 2011
Pastels are going to make a big comeback in natural makeup for 2011, according to commentators.
Style Bistro reported that as the temperatures rise in the spring, so will the warm colours for your natural eye shadow.
The writer noted that makeup trends usually reflect the fashion style of the moment, meaning that ladies can update their look quickly and easily with some expertly applied products.
They added: "Bright, warm colours help create an adorable look which can be adapted to the occasion style as well as age. Pastel eye makeup suits all ages as the warm shades help brighten up the complexion."
All colours are set to feature next season, with soft versions of everything from blue, green, pink, orange, gold and red being used in makeup looks.
Earlier this month, celebrity makeup artist and Pearl Drops spokesperson Ariane Poole said that natural makeup fans should go easy with the glitter this winter, in order to avoid looking "a mess".
