Natural skin care: Eyeliner needs careful application
Fans of natural skin care who want to apply the perfect eyeliner should make sure they take their time when applying the product, according to one expert.
Cosmetics expert Paul Herrington said that people who want to achieve professional-looking eye makeup need to relax their peepers and apply liner from the inside corner to the outside.
He said: "What I teach people to [do] when applying [eyeliner] is not to pull the eye out and not to stretch the eye too much because often, when you let the skin go, it actually causes a run in the texture."
The expert also gave advice on how to apply lipstick, saying that fans of natural skin care should blot any excess colour to ensure the product does not break the lip line.
Recent research from Bobbi Brown showed that natural skin care fans will splash out on seven different varieties of foundation before finding one they stick with.
