Natural skin care: Makeup from desk to dancefloor
Fans of natural makeup and skin care can create an impressive party look at their work desk and take it onto the dancefloor, according to one publication.
Stylist magazine stated that women who are under pressure to create great makeup quickly can do so and follow the latest trends at the same time.
"The biggest makeup trend to emerge over the past few seasons has been the flawlessly smooth complexion - a powdered look that does not disguise the fact you are wearing makeup," it reported.
Designers like Donna Karan, Peter Jensen and Kenzo are all using the look on their models, according to the magazine which said that applying pink high on the cheekbones is a good tip.
New York makeup artist Rebecca Restrepo recently told The Oprah Magazine that women need to be careful when applying products because trying to hang onto summer skin with bronzer can be a recipe for disaster.
