Navy nail varnish 'could be a spring sensation'
Fans of natural makeup could be brave this spring season and try out one of the most versatile coloured nail varnishes on the market, according to one website.
FashionForLunch.com stated that navy nail varnish is the new colour for women who want to get the look this spring.
"Versatile enough to fit in with nautical, romantic or gothic looks, this colour is sure to add high style to any spring outfit. Whilst dark polish has been popular for several seasons, it is time to get away from deep red and ebony that we have grown to love," it stated.
This recommendation was backed up by celebrities like Hollyoaks actress Emma Rigby, who wore the distinctive hue recently when hosting an event in London.
Fans of natural makeup should ensure they use natural-looking products, according to Jemma Kidd, who told OK! magazine that the big-name labels used the style in their catwalk shows.
