Organic skin care: Facial gymnastics could help with complexion
People who want to improve the condition of their skin could partake in facial gymnastics, according to one expert, who said they can noticeably change someone's appearance.
Sophie Dahl's facialist Emma Hardie told the News of the World that women should lift their chin so they can feel the front of the neck stretching.
"Slightly tensing your muscles, open your mouth as wide as possible and slowly move your mouth around in all directions. Then, focus on your cheek and forehead muscles and slowly but firmly move these around in all directions," she stated.
The newspaper added that people should try to do the exercises for around five minutes every day and in a couple of weeks the results should be visible.
Beauty expert Ruby Hammer told Stylist magazine that people can enhance their natural makeup by taking the time to clear any blemishes before they put on foundation and other cosmetics.
