Out-out-date makeup 'could cause hangbag horror'
Fans of natural makeup need to ensure that the products they carry around in their handbag are not out of date, according to new research, which said that old cosmetics can cause health problems.
Makeup expert Sara Stern said that although women would not hesitate to throw out rotten food, they do think twice before getting rid of gone-off lipsticks and mascara.
"British women are famously loyal to make up brands and products, however, their reluctance to throw away old products is a risky business," she stated.
The expert added that natural beauty is timeless but unfortunately, products are not, which means that women could soon be giving natural makeup a try.
She also said that women should err on the side of caution and throw out any odd-smelling products.
MSN style recently looked at the latest haircuts that famous ladies have been sporting in the first months of the noughties and say high, puffed out barnets are en vogue with the trendsetters.
