Recreate Nicole Richie's 1970s natural makeup look
Nicole Richie has grown-up into quite the fashionista – and her bohemian, 1970s-inspired style is ideal for this season's natural makeup trends.
Hollywood Life reported that the designer and former reality TV star attended a party celebrating her appearance on the February cover of Lucky, wearing a luxurious purple velvet asymmetrical dress.
To complement her retro ensemble, Nicole finger-dried waves in her hair – an effortless style which can be achieved by even straight-locked girls with the use of a wave spray.
For her natural foundation, the Simple Life star kept it simple, with a light lotion to give an even skin tone without heaviness.
Building up a smoky-eyed natural eye shadow effect, Nicole matched her outfit by choosing shades of lavender, plum and amythest, before adding delicate black eye liner and natural mascara.
Nicole added a beautiful nude-pink natural lipstick to round off the look, effortlessly invoking the beauty and glamour of Studio 54.
Last week, the usually flawless Eva Longoria made a fashion faux pas by stepping out with bright white stripes beneath her eyes – reminding all of us to check our natural makeup in the mirror before we leave the house!
