Red carpet natural makeup tips
This Sunday will see the 83rd Annual Academy Awards take place in Los Angeles, with all of the glitz and glamour that we've come to expect.
Whether you're glamming up for an Oscars party or hitting the town with friends, leading makeup artists have given some tips for star-quality natural cosmetics looks.
Julia Francis said that dramatic eyes are a sure-fire way to inject some glamour into your style, pointing to Cheryl Cole's Brit Awards appearance.
"It's strong and sexy with the main focus on the eyes," she explained.
"This look is incredibly versatile and will suit any skin type, any skin colour, any dress and any night out."
Serene Artist Management professional makeup artist Jackie Tyson said that preparation is key to applying your striking natural eye shadow – with a good supply of cotton buds and an oil-free natural cleanser a must to mop up any errors.
James Franco and Anne Hathaway will host the the 83rd Annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday February 27th.
