The appeal of turquoise natural eye shadow
When it comes to applying some natural eye shadow this summer, you have been told to think turquoise.
This colour was recommended to be added to your makeup collections by Shalini Vadhera, a cosmetic artist who has Malin Akerman and Brooke Burke among her past clients.
In fact, she has gone as far as to tell Bella Sugar of a couple of the best ways to apply such an eye shadow tone.
First up, Ms Vadhera advised: "If you want to get curious about a trend without being committed to it, just use a sheerer version of the colour."
If you are particularly attracted to a certain blush of turquoise, the makeup expert said to use it as a wash across your entire eyelid, applied using a softer, fuller brush.
For something a little different, makeup artist Sarah Jagger, from beautyexpert.tv, has recently advised opting for eye shadow in shades of "copper, gunmetal or dull gold".
