Use natural eye liner for 'perfect bridal eyes'
If you've taken note of the recent weddings of Kate Moss and the Duchess of Cambridge, you'll have noticed that both brides sported perfectly applied natural eye liner.
Now you can create this look yourself for your big day with advice from Ana Ospina, a bridal makeup specialist, who said that the new bridal beauty trend is for standout eyes.
"Newly engaged Christine Bleakley and also soon-to-be married Kim Kardashian also favour bold eyes, so I expect this trend to continue for late 2011 and 2012 weddings," she said.
The beauty guru advised us ladies that we can create this look by using pencil or shadow to define eyebrows, before adding primer to eyelids.
She said that we should then apply a cream eyeshadow and use a generous amount of black eyeliner, which can be blended up from the lash line to really make the colour intense.
In addition, she said that a soft cream shadow can be used to highlight the browbone and lashes can be curled before mascara is added.
Despite this, try not to overdo the makeup on your big day, as Lauren Bernard, from Bobbi Brown at John Lewis, told GetBracknell.co.uk that you don't want to feel like you have too many beauty products on when you get married.
