Winter weather should not stop natural beauty
Fans of natural makeup should not be put off of looking good because the weather has taken a turn for the worse, according to one newspaper, which said that organic products could be a safer bet in the cold-snap.
The Times' Alice Olins reported on the over-reaction of some women who think that because they have to wrap up warm, often at the expense of fashionable threads, they also have to neglect their complexion.
"Even though the rest of your body is encased in padded fleece, being cold does not mean that you have to ditch glamour completely," she stated.
The writer added that she feared that the cold temperatures might cause a reaction between the air and her fake eyelashes, which could highlight the need for natural makeup.
Applying less makeup and making sure it is completely removed before going to bed is vital for women who want to achieve natural beauty, according to Martha Kepner, a health and beauty reporter for Examiner.com.
