Anti-ageing routine should begin from age 20
Ladies may want to stock up on organic face cream after hearing how it is important to begin an anti-ageing routine from a young age.
Cosmetic doctor Rita Rakus claimed women in their 20s need to begin a daily routine of caring for their skin in order to boost their complexion.
"Just giving your skin a good cleanse before you go to bed will make a huge difference on the fine lines and wrinkles that will appear as you get older," the expert stated.
Another tip was to apply moisturiser containing SPF25 sun block, as this can prevent damage to the face from UV rays.
Ms Rakus advised individuals to use this daily and to never leave the house without wearing it.
Makeup artist and skincare specialist Sophie Chamings recently described how natural and organic products are better than traditional items as they are gentler on the face.
