Avoid natural skin care sins for a flawless complexion
Everyone would love to have a flawless complexion – however, we're all guilty of committing natural skin care sins.
Kim Jones, writing for the Daily Express, said that everything from taking hot showers and eating sugary snacks can put undue pressure on your skin.
However, a huge natural skin care faux pas is to rush your cleansing routine, Ms Jones said, as hurriedly removing your natural makeup can leave you prone to breakouts.
She commented: "The new trend of cleansing in a hurry using packet wipes has many skin experts cringing."
Ms Jones added that natural sunblock should be used all year round, in order to prevent skin damage and early ageing.
Earlier this month, Elle UK reported that 'cashmere' complexions are big this season, putting an emphasis on maintaining a healthy natural skin care routine.
To recreate the hottest catwalk looks, the magazine advised makeup fans to adopt a 'less is more' approach to their natural foundation, and merely use it to even out skin tone.
