Buying beauty essentials will keep costs down
Fans of natural eye cream who want to save on what they are putting in their makeup bag, but not compromise on quality, need to spend money on essential products like cleanser and toner, according to one website.
AllAboutYou.com stated that knowing what types of products to spend money on will help skin retain its youthful qualities for longer and make the most of funds.
"If you feel in a dilemma as regards skincare, you're not alone. Trying to balance wanting to look good for your age with knowing exactly where you're willing to splash your cash is causing a shift in focus in our beauty buys," it stated.
Other tips from the website included not buying night creams and eye creams as they are not essential and the same anti-ageing benefits can be found in a good moisturiser.
Celebrity makeup artist Fiona Jolly recently told Hello! magazine that buying high-quality beauty products which last the whole day can help save money in the long term.
