Create a clear complexion with natural skincare
Women have been told that the key to a clear complexion is in their natural skincare routine.
Marybeth Murphy, writing for The Celebrity Cafe, has explained that if you're planning on attempting autumn's biggest trend of flawless skin then you need to put sufficient effort into perfecting your natural skincare routine.
She explained that one of the biggest causes of breakouts is heading to bed without taking off makeup as it is the quickest way of blocking pores, however, exfoliating daily will help to combat this.
"Don't be picky: Keep hands away from pimples. Scratching, popping, and picking can dramatically worsen break-outs," Ms Murphy added.
The beauty commentator's final words were to always wear natural sunscreen and start from the inside – a healthy diet will go a long way to a clear complexion.
If you need some inspiration, then look to Gemma Arterton at her recent Tamara Drewe premiere, where she looked fab.
