Stylist magazine reported on the importance of consuming the right amounts of fish oils, because they have very effective anti-inflammatory agents in them and can nourish skin from within.

"According to Dr Howard Murad, clinical professor of medicine at UCLA, we should make dietary supplements a key component of our beauty regime, as 80 per cent of our skin's cells can only be reached through the bloodstream," it stated.

Using natural beauty products can help women to achieve looks which are usually seen on catwalks without using chemical-based cosmetics, according to celebrity makeup artist Christy Coleman.
