Environmental protectors essential for natural skin care
Environmental protectors should be a central part of any natural skin care routine, an expert has said.
In addition to organic moisturiser, ladies who are looking to keep their complexion in tip-top condition should look beyond simply protecting it from the sun and consider other elements as well.
"Use an environmental protector everyday, not just one that protects from daily sun but also changes in climate and pollution," skin therapist Louise Thomas-Minns advised.
In terms of general steps to improve your visage, Ms Thomas-Minns said that good eating habits, drinking water and green tea and increasing fruit, vegetable and essential fat intake would all contribute to a clear complexion.
She added: "Your skin is constantly changing, so seek the advice of a skin therapist who should give you regular skin health assessments and make adjustments to change with your skin."
Earlier this week, Lady Gaga revealed that she always uses natural sunblock in her skin care routine, to avoid premature ageing.
