Expert recommends daily cleansing from a young age
It is important to begin a beauty regime from a young age in order to protect skin as it ages.
This is according to founder of the Natural Skincare Company Amanda McGillivray, who claimed women should use cleansers, toners and moisturisers as part of their daily routine.
She claimed these products are "everyday essentials you should be using regularly, twice a day".
It was suggested from 13-years-old, girls should begin taking care of their skin using organic products that are gentle on teenage complexions.
As ladies get older, Ms McGillivray recommended applying creams that contain vitamins A, C and E, as these "help fight free radicals and keep those unwelcome wrinkles at bay".
Women were reminded that sun damage can be very ageing and so it is important to always wear a hat and use plenty of sunscreen to protect the face.
Victoria Evans, corporate trainer at the International Dermal Institute, recently claimed the skin is a good indicator of the state of an individual's lifestyle, as a toxic diet will be reflected in a dull complexion.
