Fish oil could help natural skin care
Fans of natural skin care should include fish oil in their diets, according to one newspaper, which said that the substance can be really good for one's complexion.
The Daily Telegraph stated that people should try and get at least two portions of oily fish into their diet every week if possible, but said that most people eat far less than that.
It added that a group of researchers from America have found that fish oils guard a protective cap which surrounds cells and them to live for longer.
Dr Ramin Farzaneh-Far from the University of California at San Francisco, told the newspaper: "These findings raise the possibility that omega-3 fatty acids may protect against cellular ageing in patients with coronary heart disease."
Using natural beauty products can help women to achieve looks which are usually seen on catwalks, without using chemical-based cosmetics, according to celebrity makeup artist Christy Coleman.
