Georgia May Jagger and Jerry Hall get to work on natural sunscreen
Fans of organic sunscreen may be interested to read about Georgia May Jagger and Jerry Hall who have both come clean on their use of natural sunscreen the Evening Standard reported.
Jerry said: "It's so much better for you, it's all natural, it's just zinc, the others are all chemicals that give you spots, or make you sweaty and your body absorbs them and that's not good …”
Her daughter said: “When I was younger I used to get a rash from sun creams, I have such sensitive skin"
Both celebs were promoting a new range of natural sunscreen called Invisible Zinc from Australia.
At mypure HQ we're not so sure this is as safe as it sounds. Zinc oxide can only be made invisible by making the zinc oxide particles so tiny that they turn into nano particles. These nano particles are so small they can travel through the skin and end up accumulating in our vital organs! Until more research is done on nano particle zinc oxide we're sticking to products which contain regular size zinc oxide. All organic & natural sunscreen products sold by mypure are free from nano particles.
