Girlie makeup is making a comeback this spring
Fans of organic skin care who are looking for some makeup advice should make sure they embrace a girlie look, according to one newspaper, which said the style has been all over the catwalks recently.
The Daily Mirror reported on the trend, which it claims that stars such as Katie Price and Lauren Conrad have embraced by wearing pinks and aqua greens.
"This season makeup colours have gone girlie ... Hair is feminine too with plaits and Alice bands on the catwalk, while the nail polishes flying off the shelves are ice-cream colours," it reported.
The newspaper added that sorbet shades on eyes and gently flushed cheeks to match fashion's pretty palette will also become more prevalent as we approach spring.
Fans of natural makeup should opt for a sculpted look if they want to remain on trend this spring/summer season, according to makeup expert Terry Barber, who said it will be one of the biggest looks.
