Ladies offered advice on moisturising treatments
Many of us are keen to halt the ageing process and one way to keep our skin looking youthful is by using certain moisturising treatments.
Merle Brown, editor of the 5pm Health and Beauty blog, has offered advice on which ones to choose so that your skin stays healthy.
She said that ladies should choose a product with SPF, so that they do not have to buy sun protection on top of a moisturiser.
"...It's not about even protecting from sunburn, it's about protecting from wrinkles in the future. So, even in the cities, they should wear some sort of SPF on their face - as it helps to delay aging, which is what everyone wants."
Ms Brown also said that younger ladies should start using a product with SPF now so that they'll not have to use anti-aging products when they're older.
When you're using sunscreen you should apply it to clean, dry skin and use about two teaspoons of the product to coat your arms, head and neck, according to NHS advice.
