Mediterranean diet can improve natural skin care
Fans of natural skin care who want to improve their diet and health should look to countries like Italy and Spain, according to one report, which said that Mediterranean foods are good for you.
Genevieve Buckland and associates at the Catalan Institute of Oncology in Barcelona looked into the diet which is eaten in countries like Greece and found that sticking to fish and not eating too much red meat can reduce the risk of heart disease.
"Studies of varying sizes and designs have shown that a Mediterranean diet can reduce the risk of death in people who've had a heart attack, curb the risk of stroke, and boost survival in people living with heart disease," the researchers stated.
Using natural beauty products can help women to achieve looks which are usually seen on catwalks without using chemical-based cosmetics, according to celebrity makeup artist Christy Coleman.
