Moisturiser 'can help women in their 50s continue to look good'
Using moisturiser, which can be a natural skin care product, can help women in their 50s continue looking good, a celebrity asserts.
Marie Helvin, who is currently modelling for Marks & Spencer, tells the Times that the use of a hydrating agent and serum can help improve the quality of the skin.
She says that she will sometimes add rosehip oil in order to increase the product's strength, those looking at natural skin care products could be interested to discover.
"On alternative nights I use a thick night moisturiser, then nothing at all," she explains.
Ms Helvin warns that surgery cannot give people healthy, glowing skin as this always comes from the inside.
In addition, the model advises individuals to adopt a fitness routine and to exercise regularly, saying that she takes part in yoga, aerobics and running.
The news provider recently claimed that organic natural skin care can be a key complement to the summer trends.
