Natural beauty products are booming
There has been a boom in the number of natural skin care products available in the beauty market, according to one magazine which stated that more people are choosing eco-friendly products.
Stylist magazine reported on the so-called eco-beauty boom, which it said is appealing to women and men who want to look after their complexions and the environment.
"For the eco-conscious, organic beauty products are appealing because they're kinder to the environment and our skin as they're made with ingredients free from pesticides or fertilisers," it stated.
The magazine added that because of the boom in the natural beauty market it can be hard for fans of organic skin care to know which products to choose and which are the most harmless to the environment.
In other news, the Daily Mail recently reported that more women are seeking out organic perfumes that will not irritate or cause damage to their skin.
