Natural beauty products can help cut costs
Women using natural beauty products could be saving lots of money, according to one expert who said organic remedies are a cheaper alternative to chemical-based cosmetics.
Ria Francisco-Prieto told the Daily Inquirer that items found around a kitchen can be used as part of a natural beauty regime to enhance the appearance of skin.
She said: "Many products have ingredients that may cause allergic reactions that would have you running to your dermatologist for expensive treatments and medication."
The writer added that applying ice onto the face can help to reduce the appearance of pores and help to tighten skin for a smoother look.
Products which contain papaya are also recommended by the expert who said it works as a mild exfoliator for the face.
The Deseret News recently included exfoliating in its top tips for coping with dry skin saying that it will stop a complexion looking dull and tired.
