Natural-looking tan is 'the look this summer'
A celebrity tanner who has worked with such big names as Victoria Beckham, Lady Gaga and Paris Hilton has sung the praises on natural-looking tans which he says are on the rise this summer.
Natural beauty is now dominating the celebrity tanning world, according to James Read, talking to the Journal.
He said: "When we did the Oscars and the Brits people were wanting a lot more natural tan, a very subtle tan. It's like a very subtle make-up, it enhances your skin tone."
The beauty expert added more people are building up the colour of their tan over time to ensure that it looks more natural and realistic.
Nicole Kidman has recently revealed her biggest beauty tip is using sunscreen all year round and she said using the skin protection helps prevent ageing and retains natural beauty.
