Natural makeup: Metallic products can glam up looks
Fans of natural skin care should be brave and try out a new trend, which one newspaper believes will give 2010 a heavy metal edge.
The Sun stated that metallic makeup is going to make its way from the catwalk to the high street this year and said that flawless skin and matted hair are key parts of the style.
"Choose a small angled brush and add it slowly, building up the coverage. If you prefer eyeliner then choose a pencil or powder version rather than a liquid one because this way you can create a fabulous smudge effect," it stated.
The newspaper added that a small angled brush will help fans of natural skin care build up a strong look.
Makeup artist Pat McGrath recently told the Irish Independent that using a brush is the best way to achieve a flawless finish when applying foundation and added that using fingers can produce results that are not as professional.
