Natural moisturiser and organic sunblock 'essential for healthy skin'
Natural moisturiser and organic sunblock are two of the most important beauty products that you should always have on hand.
Writing for the Times of India, Kalpana Sharma shared her top seven natural skin care tips – and only two of them involved lotions.
As well as promoting the age old advice of drinking water, eating right and the importance of exercise and feeling good in making you look your best, Ms Sharma said that natural moisturiser should always be used.
In addition, she commented: "Sunscreen is a guarantee for youthful skin. UV rays [are] the most common source of skin cancer and ageing. Be it rains or sunshine, make sure your skin is nicely smothered with sunscreen."
Ms Sharma added that you must take care not to neglect areas such as the hands and neck when applying products.
If you're looking for the perfect makeup look to show off your beautiful complexion, the Daily Mail reported last week that bold natural lipstick is a must-have for spring.
