Natural skin care: Get a star look on a budget
Fans of natural skin care can create a star look for themselves, even if they are operating on a very modest budget, according to one modelling agency.
Models Direct offered its top tips on how to achieve a polished, yet affordable look, with hints such as using products on more than one area of the face.
It stated: "Use your favourite eye cream on the delicate skin around your lips. Rub a mixture of coarse natural sea salt and olive oil into your skin to smooth its appearance."
Other tips included using white eyeliner on lower inner eyelids in order to make the eyes seem larger and moisturising immediately after getting out of the shower to lock in hydration.
According to beauty journalist Megan Robinson it is important for pregnant women to avoid using chemical-based products due to the potentially harmful effects on an unborn child.
