Natural skin care routine 'a must' for glowing skin
If you want a way to look effortlessly striking in your style, you should embrace a natural skin care routine and flaunt your beauty, a commentator suggested.
Writing for the Hindu, Babita Naraynan said that the boldest statement you can make is to take care of your complexion and show off with clear, luminous skin.
Ms Naraynan said that your first step to a face that glows with health is to identify your skin type, and make a religious commitment to nurturing and maintaining it. Even the temperature of the water you wash your face with is important, she added.
Those with a tendency to oily breakouts should use hot water to dissolve any deposits, while those who struggle with dry areas should always use tepid water so they don't irritate their already dehydrated skin.
For sensitive types, Ms Naraynan advised: "Go easy with cleansing because over-cleansing will remove the barrier which protects your skin from infection. Dampen your skin lightly with water before applying moisturiser. This minimises dryness that could cause sensitivity."
Last week, the Allure Fashion blog reported that autumn's natural makeup trends include barely-there natural foundation to show off your untouched radiance.
